26 February 2018 - Opening Symposium for LOEWE Centre DRUID
Over 40 scientists in more than 25 interdisciplinary teams work together in the new LOEWE Centre Novel Drug Targets Against Poverty-Related and Neglected Tropical Infectious Diseases (DRUID) to help fight Neglected Tropical Diseases.
The partners of the LOEWE Centre of the Justus Liebig University Giessen (JLU) are Philipps-Universität Marburg (UMR), Goethe University Frankfurt (GUF), Paul Ehrlich Institute Langen (PEI) and Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen University of Applied Sciences (THM). Prof. Dr. Katja Becker, JLU is the spokesperson and scientific coordinator, Prof. Dr. Stephan Becker, UMR is the deputy spokesperson.
The Opening Symposium will take place on
Monday, 26 February 2018, 10 am - 3 pm
at the auditorium of Justus Liebig University Giessen (Ludwigstrasse 23, 35390 Giessen).
