- The General Assembly consists of all members of the Graduate Centre for Engineering Sciences, that is the professors, employees and doctoral candidates. The General Assembly discusses and advises the Council in all concerns fundamental to the Centre. It provides the Council with recommendations and suggestions for the development of the Centre, for an efficient administration and for the further development of the doctoral regulations.
