    Concept and prototypical implementation of new temporal database systems in support of an effectivce management of huge time series
    Adaption of technologies for real-time analysis of data flows with the fulfilment of the latency requirements of new applications
  • Development of new methods for acquisition, management and analysis of data of scientific applications:
    Conception and implementation of new solutions and interactive tools based on federated infrastructures for geographical and biodiversity data
