To promote exchange, all postdocs are invited to regular get-togethers (approx. every 6 weeks). Depending on the situation, these take place either as a digital postdoc exchange or as a face-to-face postdoc lunch. We encourage you to exchange ideas with other postdocs and strengthen your network.

International Buddy Programme (IBP)
Each semester, buddy teams are made up newcomers and oldies of different nationalities put together. Both subjects and individual interests are taken into account. The buddy team is a win for both sides - newcomers receive orientation and connection at the university from the oldies and in return the oldies acquire intercultural and foreign language experience.
